The clock starts at reconstitution
The most common misreading of a handling window is that it begins at first draw. It does not. The 28 day refrigerated figure in the table above is counted from the moment bacteriostatic water goes into the vial. A vial mixed and then left untouched for a week has already spent a week of its window.
That makes the window a property of the vial, not of your dosing schedule. Whether you draw daily or weekly, the same date applies. Write the reconstitution date on the vial itself. Not the box, not a phone note. The vial, because that is the object you will be holding when you need the answer.
The window is a handling convention, not a measurement of the peptide. It describes how long a multi-dose vial is conventionally treated as fit for repeated puncture under refrigeration. It is not a statement about how much Semaglutide remains intact, and this site does not compute that.
Why room temperature costs so much
The gap between the refrigerated row and the room temperature row is large, and the reason is worth understanding. Bacteriostatic water contains a preservative. Its job is to suppress microbial growth in a vial that gets punctured repeatedly. Preservative effectiveness is temperature dependent, and it falls away far faster warm.
So the 2 day room temperature window is not primarily a peptide stability number. It is a contamination control number. The limiting factor changed. Cold storage is doing most of the work in the 28 day figure, and removing it removes most of that figure.
The two rows are not interchangeable currencies. There is no conversion on this site that lets you subtract warm hours from cold days. If a vial has spent meaningful time out of the fridge, you have left the conditions the 28 day window describes, and the site cannot tell you what applies instead.
Powder is the stable form

The useful sequence is to buy powder, store it dry and cold, and reconstitute one vial at a time. Where window and volume interact is in planning. Vial size and dose size together determine how many doses a vial holds, and therefore whether you finish it inside the window or reach the date holding a partly used vial. Work that out before you add water.
